Plum is dark and rich, a purple with a lot of brown in it, like a damson or a glass of port. It looks refined and grown-up, so it's popular with cocktail bars, jewellers, funeral directors and independent publishers.
Light inks are the only real option. Cream and pale pink look elegant, white is crisp, and a soft gold makes a smart pairing for anything upmarket. Dark reds, browns and purples will vanish into it.
The bag is made from 140gsm cotton and measures 38 x 42 cm, with a printable area up to 33 x 36 cm. The long handles sit comfortably on the shoulder.
