Despite the name, this Emerald leans towards teal, a deep blue-green with real richness to it. It's a good colour for spas, aquariums, jewellery makers and Irish-themed events that want something less obvious than kelly green.
Light inks look best. White is crisp, pale aqua makes a soft tonal print, and coral or peach gives a warm contrast that really lifts it. Dark blues and greens get lost.
It's 100% cotton at 140gsm, 38 x 42 cm, and a design can fill up to 33 x 36 cm. The artwork check and proof cost nothing.
