Printed Christmas bags
Printed bags make a Christmas gift people keep using long after the wrapping paper has gone. We print red, green, natural and jute bags with your logo or a festive design in Leeds, in 1 to 4 colours. For bags by mid-December on our standard turnaround, plan to approve your proof by the end of November: the planner below gives your exact date.
When to order for Christmas
Pick the day your bags need to arrive and the planner works back to the last day to order at each speed. We've set it to Friday 11 December, a safe date for staff gifts and client hampers.
Turnaround counts in working days from approved artwork. Orders placed after 13:00 count from the next working day. Allow a day for us to check your artwork and send your proof.

The Christmas bags that get used longest are the ones that still look right in March. Put your logo at the centre and keep the festive touch small: a sprig of holly, a star, or "Season's greetings" along the bottom, rather than "Christmas 2026" across the front.

Your Christmas order checklist
December orders go smoothly when these are sorted before you order.
- Choose the day you need the bags, then use the planner above to find your order-by date.
- Count everyone on the list, then add a few spares for new starters and anyone you forgot.
- Send a vector file (PDF, AI or EPS) if you have one. We check every file for free and email you a proof. What is a vector file?
- Give us Pantone references if your brand colours must match exactly.
- Approve your proof quickly. The turnaround counts from the day you approve it, not the day you order.
- Send the bags where someone will be in to take them. Offices close early in December, so check before you pay.
- Choosing between two bags? Order unprinted samples in October, while there's time to decide.

When should I order printed bags for Christmas?
On our standard turnaround of 7 to 10 working days, approve your proof by the end of November to have bags by the second week of December. The planner gives the exact date for any delivery day. Bags in our express range can be printed and delivered from the next working day if you order before 1pm, up to 500 of each bag.
Can you print on red and green bags?
Yes. The Recycled Cotton Tote Bag comes in red, and the Cotton Tote Bag Long Handle comes in classic red, bright red, cranberry, burgundy, bottle green, kelly green and emerald among its 48 colours. Can each bag have a different name on it?
No. Screen printing puts the same print on every bag. For a team gift, put everyone's name on one design, or keep the bag to your logo and add a handwritten gift tag.
Can you print a full-colour Christmas picture?
We screen print in 1 to 4 spot colours, so a design drawn in flat colours works best: a bold illustration rather than a photograph. If your design needs photographic colour, screen printing isn't the right method, and we'll tell you so when we check your artwork.
Which bag makes a good hamper bag?
Pick one with a gusset so boxes and bottles stand upright. The Classic Jute Bag (42 x 33 x 19 cm, 21 litres) is the traditional choice. The Premium Recycled Canvas Stand Up Tote (46 x 38 x 20 cm, 21 litres) stands up while you pack it. If you need an express bag, the Premium Recycled Canvas Tote Bag has a gusset too.
Can I see a bag before I order?
Yes. You can order an unprinted sample of any bag from its page, and postage for samples is a small fixed charge. Order in good time, so you can still make your Christmas date once you have chosen.
Do you print paper gift bags for Christmas?
Yes. We print logo paper bags and quote them by hand, with no fixed minimum. See our paper gift bags and bottle bags.
Cutting it fine?
Our express range can be printed and delivered from the next working day, up to 500 of each bag. Tell us your date and we'll tell you straight away whether we can make it.
