What is the minimum order quantity?
There's no fixed minimum. Each bag's page shows prices from 25 bags, and you can type in the exact quantity you need, or order a single unprinted sample first. The more you order, the less each bag costs.
How long does production take?
Standard turnaround is 7 to 10 working days from approved artwork. Need them sooner? Bags in our express range can be rushed from the next working day: choose a faster turnaround in the basket and the express fee is added. For anything else, get in touch to discuss your deadline.
What printing methods do you use?
We specialize in screen printing, which provides vibrant, long-lasting prints on fabric and paper bags. This traditional method ensures high-quality results.
Do you provide artwork services?
Yes! Our design team can help prepare your artwork for printing. We also offer an artwork checking service and will provide a visual proof before production.
Can I get a sample before ordering?
Yes. You can order an unprinted sample of any bag from its page to check the size and fabric before you print. For printed samples, please contact us to discuss your requirements.
What file formats do you accept for artwork?
We accept vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) for the best quality results. High-resolution PNG or JPG files may also be acceptable - please contact us to check.
Do you ship internationally?
We deliver to UK mainland addresses by DPD Next Day, and the delivery cost is shown in the basket before you pay. For anywhere else, please contact us for a delivery quote.
