Cranberry sits between red and raspberry. It has a cool pink undertone that stops it looking like a warning sign, and in daylight it glows rather than shouts. Theatres, sweet shops, hair salons and Christmas fairs all find a use for it.
White ink gives the sharpest contrast, and a pale pink print on cranberry looks gentle and stylish. Light yellow can work for a festive feel. Keep oranges and warm reds away from it, as they fight with the pink tone.
