Printed bags take 7 to 10 working days from the day you approve your proof, and every order goes by DPD Next Day to UK mainland addresses. Bags in our express range can be ready from the next working day. Put your date into the planner below to see the last day to order.
When do you need to order?
Pick the day your bags need to arrive. The planner counts back in working days from that date and shows the last day to order at each speed. Try the Christmas dates if you're planning ahead.
Turnaround counts in working days from approved artwork. Orders placed after 13:00 count from the next working day. Allow a day for us to check your artwork and send your proof.

How the timing works
The clock starts when you approve your proof, not when you place the order.
Order before 1pm
Place your order and send your logo. Orders placed after 1pm count from the next working day.
We check your artwork
We check every file for free and email you a proof showing the print on the bag. Allow a day for this.
You approve the proof
Your turnaround starts from the day you approve it, so a quick reply keeps things moving. If you pay by bank transfer, allow time for the payment to reach us too.
We print and send
Standard turnaround is 7 to 10 working days. Express bags can be ready from the next working day. Every order goes by DPD Next Day to UK mainland addresses.

An order ships together, so one standard bag makes the whole order standard. If you need some bags first, put the express bags through as their own order.
Delivery across the UK
Every order goes by DPD Next Day to UK mainland addresses. The delivery price is worked out by weight in the basket, so you see it before you pay. Canvas and jute weigh more than light cotton, so a big run of canvas bags costs more to send than the same number of cotton tote bags.
The basket can't price delivery to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and islands, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man or anywhere outside the UK. Ask us before you order and we'll tell you what we can do. The same goes if your bags need to go to more than one address.
Ordering for Christmas
Christmas is our busiest time of year, so the earlier you order, the more choice of bags and dates you'll have. If you need standard bags for a work party, a Christmas fair or staff gifts in December, aim to have your proof approved by the end of November.
We'll confirm our Christmas closing dates nearer the time. Once they're set, the planner above counts them automatically, so the order-by dates it shows will allow for them.

How long does bag printing take?

When does the turnaround start?
When you approve your proof, not when you place the order. We check your artwork and email a proof first, so allow a day for that. Orders placed after 1pm count from the next working day.
Do weekends and bank holidays count?
No. Turnaround counts working days, Monday to Friday. DPD doesn't deliver on bank holidays, so if one falls in your turnaround, allow an extra day.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is priced by weight and shown in the basket before you pay. Every order goes by DPD Next Day to UK mainland addresses.
Do you deliver outside the UK mainland?
The basket only prices UK mainland delivery. For Northern Ireland, the Highlands and islands or anywhere abroad, get in touch before you order and we'll tell you what we can do.
What are your Christmas deadlines?
It depends on the bag and the speed you choose, so put your date into the planner above. We'll confirm our Christmas closing dates soon, and the planner allows for them once they're set. If in doubt, order early or ask us.
Can you go faster than the planner shows?
Sometimes. If your date looks out of reach, tell us the bags, the quantity and the date, and we'll give you a straight answer.
