Drawstring bags are the school kit bag: light, easy to hang on a peg, and big enough for a PE kit. We print two kinds.
The Cotton Drawstring Bag is 37 x 46 cm, holds 12 litres and comes in 29 colours, so there's likely to be one close to your school colour. The Polyester Drawstring Bag is 31 x 40 cm, with water-resistant fabric, reinforced corners and metal eyelets, which suits swimming kit and wet days.

Leavers' bags with every name
Leavers' bags get signed by friends on the last day and kept for years. Every bag gets the same print, so the whole year group goes on one design. Natural and white bags are the easiest to sign with fabric pens.
Get the class lists
Ask the office for every name in the year group, spelled the way each pupil likes it.
Lay out one design
Put all the names on one design, around the school badge or inside the shape of the year. Keep the names bold enough to print cleanly on fabric. Design tips.
Send it for checking
We check every file for free and email you a proof. Check it against the class list before you approve it.
Order in good time
Standard turnaround is 7 to 10 working days from approved artwork. For the last week of the summer term, aim to order by early June.

Questions people ask
Can you print each child's name on their own bag?
No. Screen printing puts the same print on every bag, so we can't print a different name on each. For leavers, put the whole year group's names on one design. For PE and book bags, a sew-in or iron-on name label does the job.
Can the school pay by invoice?
Yes. Schools can pay against a purchase order and invoice: ask us to set it up. You can also pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or bank transfer. More on our payment options.
Do you make book bags with a name window?
No, we don't print the classic book bag with a clear name pocket. A cotton tote such as the Cotton Tote Bag Short Handle (38 x 42 cm) holds reading books and an A4 folder, and its short handles suit younger pupils.
When should we order leavers' bags?
Aim to order by early June for the end of the summer term. Standard turnaround is 7 to 10 working days from approved artwork, and it's worth leaving time to check every name on the proof.
Can the PTA sell the bags?

What if our school colour is unusual?
Pick the nearest bag colour, then match the ink exactly: we match to your file, or to a Pantone reference if you give us one. The Cotton Drawstring Bag comes in 29 colours and the Cotton Tote Bag Long Handle in 48.
