French Navy is a deep, inky blue that looks almost black under shop lights. It's the safe pair of hands in the range. Solicitors, rowing clubs, golf courses and hotel chains all order it, because it goes with suits and uniforms and won't look dated in five years.
Stick to light inks. White is sharp, pale blue gives a quiet tonal look, and a yellow or gold print feels nautical and smart. Red, green and other dark inks will be hard to see.
The tote is 100% cotton, 38 x 42 cm, with long handles that sit comfortably on the shoulder. It takes a print up to 33 x 36 cm.
