Orange Rust is more brick than orange, a warm red-brown like terracotta or an old flower pot. It has an autumnal, crafty feel, which suits potters, bakeries, cider festivals and vintage clothing shops.
Cream and white inks look the best, and a pale mustard can be lovely for a seventies look. Navy gives a darker, more unusual contrast for chunky designs. Reds, browns and oranges will all fade into it.
