Need printed bags this week? Our express range is kept in stock in Leeds, so we can print and send it from the next working day. Order before 1pm, approve your proof, and pick how fast you need them in the basket.

Bags you can rush

These are the bags we hold in stock, so they can go on any turnaround from next working day up to our standard 7 to 10 days. Express covers up to 500 of each bag per order.

When do you need to order?

Pick the day your bags need to arrive and we'll show the last day to order at each speed.

Turnaround counts in working days from approved artwork. Orders placed after 13:00 count from the next working day. Allow a day for us to check your artwork and send your proof.

How express works

  1. Choose an express bag

    Pick a bag from the range above, add your print colours and quantity, and add it to your basket.

  2. Pick your speed

    In the basket, choose how quickly you need them. The express fee is a percentage of the print cost, shown before you pay.

  3. Approve your proof

    Send your logo with the order. We check it and email you a proof, and the clock starts when you approve it.

  4. We print and send

    Your bags are printed in Leeds and sent by DPD Next Day to UK mainland addresses.

Why only some bags?

Most of our bags are ordered in from the maker for each job, which takes a few days before we can print. The express range is different: we keep those bags on the shelf, so printing can start as soon as your artwork is approved. We stock the two canvas totes, the Recycled Canvas Tote Bag and Premium Recycled Canvas Tote Bag, in black and natural, so those are the colours that go express.

If the bag you want isn't in the express range, the standard turnaround is 7 to 10 working days. Call us if you have a deadline that's tight but not impossible: we'll tell you honestly whether we can make it.

Getting it right first time

The quickest orders are the ones that don't need a second proof.

  • Send a vector file (PDF, AI or EPS) if you have one. A high-resolution PNG works for simple logos. What is a vector file?
  • Tell us the ink colours you want, or Pantone references if they must match.
  • Keep it to one or two colours if you're in a hurry: fewer screens means less to set up.
  • Keep the whole order on express bags. Your bags ship together, so one standard bag holds the whole order to standard turnaround.
  • Check the delivery address before you pay. We can't redirect a next-day parcel once it has left.

Questions people ask

How fast can I get printed tote bags?

Bags in the express range can be printed and delivered from the next working day, as long as you order before 1pm and approve your proof the same day. Other bags take our standard 7 to 10 working days.

How much does express printing cost?

Express adds a percentage of the print cost: the faster the turnaround, the higher the percentage. You'll see the exact fee for each speed in the basket before you pay. Standard turnaround has no fee.

Is there a limit on express orders?

Express covers up to 500 of each bag per order, because that is what we keep in stock. For larger runs, choose standard turnaround or get in touch and we'll check stock for you.

Do weekends count?

No. Turnaround is counted in working days, Monday to Friday, from the day you approve your proof. Orders after 1pm count from the next working day.

Can I have a mix of express and standard bags?

You can, but the order ships together, so it goes at standard turnaround. To rush part of it, put the express bags through as their own order.

Do you deliver next day?

Yes. Every order goes by DPD Next Day to UK mainland addresses, and the delivery cost is worked out by weight in the basket.
