How we print fabric bags
Every bag is screen printed at our studio in Leeds. Each ink colour goes through its own screen, and we match it to your file or to the Pantone references you give us. We email a proof of your design on the bag before anything is printed.
- 1 to 4 colours. Count the solid colours in your logo. The screens are a one-off set-up per colour, so the price per bag drops as the run gets bigger.
- Full colour. Photos and gradients are priced to your artwork. Choose Full colour on the bag's page to ask for a quote.
- One side or both. The same design on the back reuses the same screens. See double-sided printed bags.
- Dark bags. White prints bright on black. Most other light inks need a white layer underneath first, which counts as one more colour. Our guide to printing on dark bags shows which.
- Smooth or textured. Cotton and canvas take fine detail. Jute has a coarse weave, so bold shapes and lettering work best, or choose a jute bag with a cotton canvas panel for finer detail.
Turnaround and delivery
Standard turnaround is 7 to 10 working days from the day you approve your proof.
Some of our recycled cotton and canvas bags are on our express range. Order before 1pm, approve your proof, and they can be printed and sent from the next working day. The express fee is shown in the basket before you pay.
Every order goes by DPD Next Day to UK mainland addresses and is charged by weight, so the basket shows the exact cost before you pay. An unprinted sample of any bag costs £3.95 + VAT postage. Read more about delivery and turnaround.

Is there a minimum order for printed fabric bags?
There's no fixed minimum. Prices on each bag's page start from 25, and you can type any quantity. You can also order a single unprinted sample first.
Which fabric bag is the best value?
A light natural cotton tote printed in one colour on one side. Each type above shows its lowest printed price per bag, and the table shows how the price drops as you order more.
Which fabric bag is the strongest?
Heavy canvas and laminated jute. Canvas from 280gsm upwards and jute from 340gsm carry a heavy shop and last for years. Light cotton totes are made for lighter loads such as papers, books and giveaways.
Do you have eco-friendly bags?
Yes. Our eco and recycled bags are made from GRS certified recycled cotton or GOTS certified organic cotton, and jute is a natural fibre. Several recycled bags can also be printed express.
Can you print a full colour design?
Yes. Full colour is priced to your artwork. Choose Full colour on the bag's page and request a quote, or send us your design through our quote form.
How long do printed fabric bags take?
Our standard turnaround is 7 to 10 working days from your approved proof. Bags on our express range can be printed from the next working day.
Do you print paper bags too?
Yes. As well as fabric bags, we supply custom printed paper bags with your logo.
