Payment options
You can pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Stripe, or by bank transfer, straight from the basket. If you'd rather not pay online, send your basket to us as an order request. Schools, councils and larger organisations can pay against a purchase order and invoice: ask us.

Every way to pay gets the same free artwork check and emailed proof, and nothing is printed until you approve it.
Paying by bank transfer
Choose bank transfer
In the basket, pick Bank transfer as your payment method and fill in your details and delivery address.
Place your order
Your order is placed straight away. We show our bank details on the next page, with a copy button beside each one, and email them to you too.
Pay with your order number
Use your order number as the payment reference so we can match your payment to your order.
Approve your proof
We check your artwork and email a proof. We print once your payment has reached us and you've approved the proof.
Purchase orders and invoices
Schools, councils, universities and other larger organisations often need to pay against a purchase order. We can work that way: contact us before you order and we'll agree how you'll pay.
The simplest route is to build your basket online, then send it to us as an order request with your purchase order number in the notes box. We'll reply with a confirmation, your proof and the delivery cost. We charge our current prices, so it helps if your purchase order matches the basket. Our terms apply to every order.

Questions people ask
Which payment methods do you accept?
Debit and credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay, all through Stripe, and bank transfer. Schools, councils and larger organisations can also pay against a purchase order and invoice by arrangement.
Is it safe to pay by card?
Yes. Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay payments are taken on Stripe's secure checkout page, not on our site, so your card details never pass through us.
Do your prices include VAT?
Prices on our bag pages are shown without VAT. The basket adds VAT and delivery and shows the full total before you pay.
When do you print if I pay by bank transfer?
We print once your payment has reached us and you've approved your proof. If you have a deadline, pay as soon as you place the order so the transfer doesn't hold things up.
Can I pay by PayPal?
Not at the moment. You can pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Stripe, or by bank transfer.
Can I have a VAT invoice?
Yes. If you need a VAT invoice for your accounts, ask us and we'll send one.
Can I order now and pay later?
Send your basket as an order request and no payment is taken. We'll reply with a confirmation, your proof and the delivery cost, and you pay before we print. Organisations that need to pay on invoice should ask us first.
