Most clubs choose a drawstring bag in club colours with the crest on the front, and often a sponsor on the back. There's no fixed minimum, so one squad can order as easily as the whole club.

Getting the crest right
Club crests are often detailed, with fine lines, small lettering on a scroll and more colours than a screen print needs. We print in up to 4 spot colours a side, so a crest may need simplifying. Many clubs already have a one-colour version for kit and letterheads, and that's usually the best file to send.
Match the ink to your club colours with Pantone references, and choose a bag colour to go with it. The Cotton Drawstring Bag comes in 29 colours, including bottle green, burgundy, bright royal and French navy.
We don't embroider. For a small crest on a holdall or a polo shirt, embroidery is the better method and worth going elsewhere for. For a crest across the front of a bag, screen printing is bold and hard-wearing.
Ideas for club bags
- Put your sponsor on the back. The second side has its own screens, so price the bag with both sides printed. Double-sided bags
- Use one design for the whole club. Every bag in a run gets the same print, so names and squad numbers can't change from bag to bag. Leave room for players to write their own name inside.
- Muddy boots? The Polyester Drawstring Bag is water resistant, with reinforced corners and metal eyelets.
- Sell them in the clubhouse or add one to each membership. A kit bag at a small mark-up is an easy fundraiser.

What's the best bag for a sports club?
For kit, a drawstring bag: the Cotton Drawstring Bag for the widest colour choice, the heavier Premium Cotton Drawstring Bag for a sturdier bag, or the Polyester Drawstring Bag for wet kit. For the club shop, a cotton tote in club colours.
Can you print player names or numbers?
No. Screen printing puts the same design on every bag in a run, so names and numbers can't change from bag to bag. A shared design, such as the crest and the club's founding year, works for everyone.
Can you print our sponsor's logo?
Yes, on the back or alongside your crest. Get the logo file from the sponsor, ideally as a vector PDF, AI or EPS, and check they're happy with how it's used.
Can you match our club colours?
Yes. Pick the nearest bag colour, and give us Pantone references for the inks. We match to them and send a proof before anything is printed.
Do you embroider bags?
No, we only screen print. If you want a small embroidered crest, an embroidery firm is the better choice.
How can the club pay?
By card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, or by bank transfer. Larger organisations can pay against a purchase order and invoice: ask us.
