Bags for the public sector
Councils, NHS trusts, schools, libraries and other public bodies can order printed bags from us and pay against a purchase order and invoice. We're a family-run printer in Leeds and print everything in-house, in 1 to 4 spot colours. Price the order on the site, then send the basket to us as an order request and tell us you'd like to pay by purchase order.

Choose your bags, print colours and quantity. The basket shows the price of every line and the delivery, so you have the figure for your requisition.

Instead of paying by card, send the basket to us as an order request and say you'd like to pay by purchase order. Ask us if your finance team needs anything from us first.
Send us your PO
Once your purchase order is raised, send us the number. We check your artwork for free and email a proof.
Approve the proof
Nothing is printed until you approve it. Standard turnaround is 7 to 10 working days from approval.
Delivery and invoice
Your bags go by DPD Next Day to UK mainland addresses, and we invoice against your purchase order.
Bags public bodies order
Lighter shoppers for campaigns and events, drawstring bags for schools and sport, and recycled and organic bags where the fabric has to stand up to scrutiny.

Campaign bags people keep
A reusable bag only does its job if people reuse it. A bag with a recycling or health message that ends up in a drawer has cost money and carbon for nothing, so make it one people want to carry.
Keep to one clear message in plain, large type, with the logo smaller than you might think. Follow your organisation's brand guidelines and send us the Pantone references from them: we match to those.
For the fabric itself, our recycled bags are made with GRS-certified recycled fibre, and our organic cotton bags are GOTS certified. Each bag's page lists what it's made of.
How many uses does a bag need?
If your bags are part of a waste or climate campaign, this is the number to design for. The figures come from the Environment Agency's 2011 study of carrier bags.

Cotton takes the most energy to make, so its case rests on being used for years. A bag people like enough to keep does that.

Can we pay by purchase order and invoice?
Yes. Schools, councils and larger organisations can pay against a purchase order and invoice. Send your basket to us as an order request, or ask us first. See all our payment options.
Can we get a quote for our finance team?
Build the order in the basket to see the full price, including delivery. If your process needs something more formal, ask us and tell us what you need.
Is there a minimum order?
There's no fixed minimum. Prices on each bag start from 25, and you can type any quantity. Bigger runs cost less per bag because the screen charge is spread further.
Where are the bags printed?
In-house at our works in Leeds, West Yorkshire. We're a family-run business.
Can you follow our brand guidelines?
Yes. Send your logo files and the Pantone references from your guidelines, and we'll match the inks to them. You'll see a proof before anything is printed.
Which bags have recycled or organic certification?
The Recycled Cotton Tote Bag is GRS-certified recycled fabric, 70% recycled cotton and 30% recycled polyester. Our recycled canvas and marl bags are GRS-certified recycled cotton, and the organic cotton bags are GOTS certified.
Can bags go to more than one site?
Each order ships together to one address. If bags need to go to several sites, put them through as separate orders or ask us.
