Designs for weddings and events
We print the same design on every bag in an order, so event bags work best with one shared design. For a wedding, that might be both your names and the date, or a small illustration of the venue. For a conference, it's the event name and the sponsor's logo.
We can't print a different name on each bag. If you want every guest named, one idea is to list all the names together as part of the design.
Keep the design bold and simple. Small gift bags have a small print area, and a clean mark reads better than a busy one. We print in solid spot colours, matched to your file or to Pantone references, and email a proof before anything is printed. Before you order
- Measure the gift, box and all, so the bag fits without squashing it.
- Choose kraft or laminated, and the handle colour.
- Decide whether the design goes on one side or both.

- If you use tissue paper, allow a little extra height so it can sit above the gift.

There's no fixed minimum. Tell us how many you need and we'll quote it. The price per bag falls as the quantity goes up.
Can each bag have a different name on it?
No. We print the same design on every bag in an order. For weddings and parties, a shared design with everyone's names on one print works well.
What size gift bag do I need?
Measure the gift, including any box, and add a little room. Tell us those measurements and we'll suggest the bag.
Can you add gold foil to a gift bag?
