Black Friday is on 27 November 2026, and the bags your shop hands out that weekend keep working long after the sale ends. We print gift-with-purchase totes and shop bags in Leeds, in 1 to 4 spot colours. Standard turnaround is 7 to 10 working days from approved artwork, so aim to order in the first week of November.
When to order for Black Friday
Pick the day you need the bags in the shop. We'll show the last day to order at each speed.
Turnaround counts in working days from approved artwork. Orders placed after 13:00 count from the next working day. Allow a day for us to check your artwork and send your proof.

Give a bag, not another discount
Instead of taking more off the price, many shops give a printed tote with every order over a set spend. The customer gets something they'll use, and your name goes round the Christmas markets and high street on their shoulder for weeks.
Keep the date and the words 'Black Friday' off the bag. It will be carried for years, and your shop name and web address will still be right next November.

Black Friday bag checklist
- Decide the offer first: a free bag over a set spend, one with every order, or bags for the first customers of the day. That sets the quantity.
- Order in the first week of November on standard turnaround. After that, choose a bag from the express range.
- Keep it to one or two colours if time is short: fewer screens, and a simpler proof to approve.
- Send artwork with your order. Proofs are quick when the file is a vector PDF, AI or EPS. Free artwork check
- Order enough for December too. The screen charge is spread over the whole run, and spare bags see you through Christmas and the January sales.
- Leave the date off, so bags left over in January still work.

When is Black Friday 2026?
Friday 27 November 2026, with Cyber Monday on 30 November. Many shops run offers across the whole week before.
When should I order printed bags for Black Friday?
To have them in the shop the week before, order in the first week of November. Standard turnaround is 7 to 10 working days from approved artwork, and orders after 1pm count from the next working day.
Is it too late if I order in November?
Not always. Bags in our express range can be printed from the next working day, up to 500 of each bag per order. Use the planner above to see your last order date.
Should I charge customers for the bags?

Can you print paper carrier bags for Black Friday?
Yes. Paper bags are quoted by hand, so ask us early and tell us the date you need them.
How many bags will I need?
Start from last year's busiest weekend: how many orders would qualify for your offer? Add a margin for December, because leftover undated bags keep.
