This is jute as most people picture it: a warm, golden-straw weave with matching natural handles. It's the default for farm shops, food festivals, wedding favours and any brand that wants to look rooted and a little traditional.
Dark inks print best on natural jute. Black, dark brown, bottle green, navy and deep red all hold up against the texture. Keep lettering chunky and avoid hairline details, because the weave is coarser than cotton. White ink won't give much contrast against the pale jute, so we'd usually suggest something darker.
It's a big, heavyweight laminated bag at 42 x 33 x 19 cm, with cotton handles and a large side print area. A proof comes to you before anything is printed.
