Luxury rope handle bags are made from heavier paper, with a folded, reinforced top, a card base and soft rope handles. They're the bag for boutiques, jewellers, beauty brands and gifts. We print them with your logo in kraft or laminated paper, and quote every order by hand.
What makes a bag luxury
A luxury bag feels different the moment you pick it up. The paper is thicker and stiffer, so the bag holds its shape. The top is folded over and backed with card, and the rope handles are knotted through holes or fixed inside, so they won't pull out. A card insert in the base keeps it flat and square.

Paper, handles and colour
Paper
There are two main routes. Luxury kraft uses heavier brown or white kraft paper with no coating, for a natural, crafted look. Laminated bags use a smooth coated paper with a thin film on top, in matt, gloss or soft-touch, for a sharper, more polished finish. Our laminated bags page covers the differences.
Handles
Rope handles come in cotton or polypropylene rope, in a range of colours. Many brands match the rope to their logo colour, or pick black or white for contrast. Ribbon handles are another option if you want a softer, dressier bag.
Bag colour
You can have luxury bags in a stock paper colour, such as white, black or kraft, with your logo printed on. For a bag in your exact brand colour, we have the bags made to order with the colour printed across the whole sheet. That route makes sense on larger runs, and we'll tell you where it starts to pay.

What is a luxury paper bag?

What's the difference between luxury kraft and laminated bags?

Yes, by having the bags made to order with the colour printed across the whole sheet before the bag is made up. Tell us the colour and quantity and we'll quote it.
