A range built for matching sets
Westford Mill's range runs from light 140gsm cotton to 410gsm juco, and it's good at sets. The Cotton Tote Bag Long Handle comes in 48 colours and the Cotton Drawstring Bag in 29, so a tote and a drawstring bag can match. The Premium Organic Cotton Tote Bag and its organic drawstring twin share the same eight colours. The jute and juco bags come with coloured handles or sides to pick out a brand colour, and the contrast handle tote puts a coloured handle on a natural bag.
The jute bags suit shops, delis and wine merchants. The Printers juco bags have smooth cotton canvas panels on a jute body, so they take finer detail than jute alone. More on juco bags
Certification and sourcing
We only claim what the maker can show. The four organic bags, W261, W260, W235 and W858, are GOTS certified organic cotton. The certification belongs to the blank bag, so if you want to put the GOTS name or logo on your own printed bags or packaging, ask us first. Organic cotton bags
The other Westford Mill bags don't carry a product certification, and we won't suggest they do. At company level, Westford Mill's maker publishes a modern slavery statement and lists the factories it uses with each one's audits and certifications, such as Sedex, SMETA or amfori BSCI.

Can you print a Westford Mill bag that isn't listed here?

Is there a minimum order on Westford Mill bags?
No fixed minimum. Prices on each bag's page start from 25, and you can type any quantity. You can also order an unprinted sample of any bag.
Can Westford Mill bags be printed express?
No. We order Westford Mill bags in for each job, so they take our standard 7 to 10 working days from approved artwork. For a faster job, see our express range.
How do I wash Westford Mill bags?
Westford Mill advises sponge cleaning for most of the range. The Boutique Jute Bag is the exception: it can be machine washed warm, inside out, with a medium tumble dry, but don't iron or dry clean it.
Which Westford Mill bag is best for printing?
For fine detail, the 200gsm cotton and organic bags and the 407gsm canvas totes give the smoothest surface. For a natural look with a clean print, choose a juco bag. For bold, simple logos, the all-jute bags work well.
