How the picks are made
The bag finder scores every bag in our live range against your answers, so it only ever suggests bags you can order today.
- Giving bags away favours bags with a lower price, because you'll want plenty of them.
- Selling in a shop favours fabrics of 200gsm and up, which feel worth paying for.
- Carrying purchases favours shoppers and jute bags.
- School, gym or kit points you to drawstring bags.
- Light means 170gsm or less and sturdy means 220gsm or more. Natural texture means jute.
- If fabric origin matters, it looks for recycled or organic fabric. If you need bags this week, it puts our express range first.

Which is your sturdiest bag?
For heavy shopping, our jute bags at 340 to 410gsm and our canvas totes at 280 to 407gsm are the toughest in the range.
Which bags fit A4?
An A4 sheet is 21 x 29.7cm. Our 38 x 42cm totes take A4 folders with room to spare. The Mini Cotton Tote Bag (26 x 32.5cm) is made to take A4 folders too. Our bag size guide compares them all.
Which bags can you print quickly?
The four bags in our express range can be printed from the next working day, up to 500 of each per order. Two of them go express in Black or Natural only. Everything else takes our standard 7 to 10 working days.
Can I see a bag before I order?
Yes. Order an unprinted sample from any bag's page, or ask for our free fabric swatch pack. See samples and swatches.
