Natural cotton is the go-to colour for a mini tote. The creamy off-white looks honest and handmade, and it suits wedding favours, children's party bags, library giveaways and small shop purchases.
Most inks print well on it. Black and bottle green give sharp lines, and brights like pink, orange and blue look cheerful at this size. Avoid white and pale cream.
The bag is 26 x 32.5 cm with 30cm handles, big enough for A4 folders. It's 140gsm cotton, holds about 4 litres and can be printed on one or both sides. If you're unsure of the size, order an unprinted sample.
