Six ways to bring the price down
The bag is only part of the price. These choices make more difference than anything else.
- Print one colour. Every ink needs its own screen and adds a little to each bag. One colour is the lowest price, and a bold one-colour logo often looks better anyway.
- Print one side. A second side adds a print charge to every bag. If you do want both, keep the same design so we can reuse the screens.
- Choose a lighter bag. A 150gsm shopper costs much less than a 280gsm canvas tote, and it's strong enough for a conference pack, a giveaway or a shop.
- Order everything at once. The screen charge is the same for 50 bags or 500, so two orders of 100 cost more than one order of 200.
- Stick to natural or white. On most bags these are the best-value colours. Dyed colours can cost a little more.
- Go standard, not express. Standard turnaround, 7 to 10 working days, has no fee. Order early and you won't need to rush.

The Recycled Cotton Tote Bag is made from 70% recycled cotton and 30% recycled polyester, GRS certified. It measures 38 x 42cm, has long handles and comes in 12 colours. What's the cheapest way to print tote bags?
Print one colour on one side of a lightweight bag, in natural or white, in one order rather than several, on standard turnaround. The table above shows what that costs on our lowest-priced full-size bag.
Are cheap tote bags good quality?
Ours are made to be used. Our lowest-priced full-size bag is a 150gsm tote with long handles, a common weight for promotional bags. It isn't as stiff or as hard-wearing as a 280gsm canvas tote, so for bags you want kept for years, it's worth paying more. What gsm means.
Is there a minimum order for cheap printed tote bags?
No. Prices on each bag page start at 25, and you can type any quantity. Small runs cost more per bag because of the screen charge. See printed bags with no minimum order.
Do cheap bags take longer to print?
No. Our lowest-priced full-size bag is in the express range, so it can be printed from the next working day. Standard turnaround is 7 to 10 working days.
Why do some printed tote bags look lower priced elsewhere?
Check what's included. Our prices include the screen charge, spread across the bags, and the basket shows VAT and delivery before you pay. Some prices leave out setup, extra colours or delivery.
